At DIVERGENT CHURCH we love children and consider it a huge honour to be serving the children and parents of our church.

 

DIVERGENT Kids is for families with toddlers through to children in Year 6 at school. We take great care in presenting Jesus in a way that is fun and relevant for the children of our church and community.

At Divergent Church we consider a genuine community to be the right environment for healthy discipleship growth. As such our Children are no different. Divergent Kids is run in a dynamic yet 'life community' focused environment. Our kids' community ultimately covers the five key focuses of Divergent Church.

At Divergent Church and Kids, we understand that the primary responsibility for 

discipleship is actually entrusted to parents and as such we are passionate about

partnering with Parents to better enable families to disciple their children. 

Our leaders love children but we are just as passionate about seeing

whole families thrive in raising children "...in the way he should go, And when he is old he

will not depart from it." (Prov 22:6)

Please note KIDS does not currently run at our CITY PM location, though we do have a 

parents' room available.

DIVERGENT CHURCH is compliant with all ACC Safer Churches requirements and all our volunteers hold the appropriate WWCC/WWVP checks. We are also apart of the National Redress Scheme.
